 Job description:
  • Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and orderly front desk at all times.
  • Monitor pantry supplies & first aid box, and make orders for replenishment.
  • Administer postage, couriers, phone calls, visitors, meeting room bookings, staff stationery and car park arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely capture of data related to postage, stationery, couriers, and pantry supplies, and prepare reports as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of employee birthdays and gift vouchers disbursement.
  • Administer employee health screening.
  • Process invoices from vendors related to couriers, catering and stationery.
  • Responsible for catering for company and departmental events.
  • Arrange for business cards.
  • Actively participate in the development of the quality management system and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.

Candidate requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a receptionist in a multinational environment
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Good at multi-tasking
